Maryetta would like to congratulate 5 of our students: Adalynn Schultz, Allie Sweet, Stormie Galcatcher, Casen Pritchett, and Jaxon Studie. These students won the Cherokee Nation Summer Reading Program prizes. They met their goal for June and were chosen as winners. Their prizes include a gift card for themselves, one for their families, and a tablet each.

Maryetta School is very excited to have Author Suzanna Lynn and BUDDY the Blue Corgi for our next Family Engagement tomorrow night. Suzanna and Buddy will present an upbeat, fun, and engaging reading of her favorite "Buddy" book. She will follow with a story discussion, Q&A time, as well as some tricks by Buddy himself. We hope to see you there!!

Mrs. Hardbarger and Mrs. Mika's Preschool class have been coming up with their own special recipes for their Thanksgiving turkey's this year.

Coach Turner's psychomotor classes are working on some basic soccer techniques. These techniques include how to kick and pass a soccer ball, shoot into target goals, and how to use footwork to control the direction of the ball.
Picture Retakes and Class Pictures will be tomorrow Nov. 14th. Class Pictures must be prepaid, 1-5x7 $10.00 or 1-5x7 w/ frame $20.00. Ruth Kelly will be using a green screen, wearing green is not recommended. Please be on time. Class Pictures will start at 8:15.

The Veteran’s Day program today at Maryetta was outstanding! Special “thank you” to the Joy Quilters at Front Porch Fabrics. All the Veterans in attendance were entered into a drawing today. The lucky winner of this beautiful quilt was Mr Larry Eagleton.
