Our 1st - 2nd grade Cherokee Club kids went to the Cherokee Bowl in Tahlequah last week. It was a great opportunity for us to show our enthusiasm for and knowledge of the Cherokee language.

Next week! Read Across America! Each day we will celebrate reading with books, themes and guest readers! Preschool through Kindergarten will be doing a Dr. Seuss themed week (flier one) and 1st - 8th grade will be doing the themes posted on the second flier! More details coming! It's always a great day to celebrate reading!

Spring pictures will be taken Thursday, February 26th. Please avoid dressing your students in green for these pictures.

We are excited to bring another Author to Maryetta School. Family Engagement Night will be Tuesday, March 10, 2026 in the Old Gym from 5:30 until 6:30 PM. SPECIAL GUEST: Mena will be here that night too!! Please plan to attend this fun event!

It's that time! Come join our Raider family!

So proud of our Maryetta Raiders! We had 14 winners in the JOM writing contest! Way to represent!

There are so many parts that go into making a successful weekend like we had. Our teams played their hearts out and left it all on the floor. I would like to thank our Administrators and Board Members, without you none of this would have been possible! Thank you to our Chaperones for volunteering your time, to our cheerleaders who brought their enthusiasm and excitement each night, and to Logan for all the miles you traveled with us. There are so many staff members behind the scenes making things happen who were back at school. Our families, friends, and fans were awesome! Thank you to the parents who supported us through it all. I would like to thank Coach Watie and Coach Shane, their input and support was a vital piece to our success!! I hope I have not left anyone out. I am very proud to say that I am a part of Raider Nation!
