The Wilma P. Mankiller Health Center will be here on Thursday, August 8^th and Tuesday, August the 13^th to complete student physicals for the 2013-14 School Year. Physical forms will be sent home with students on Wednesday August the 8^th. These physicals will be available to all Maryetta Students in 5-8^th grades.  The WPMHC will also be offering physicals in June and July for students that are eligible for services through the clinic. To schedule an appointment for your child, please call Pediatric Case Manager, Lisa Robinson at (918) 797-2727.  The Clinic will have blank physical forms on hand.
